Doenjang
Doenjang is a fermented soybean paste. It is widely used in Korean food as an ingredient for many Korean stews and soups and also as a dip for vegies and meet.
Doenjang recently became popular as studies discover its great health benefits. It contains some poweful anti-cancer properties that prevent the growth of cancel cell and also treat cancer. Additionally, it is rich in amino acid that helps with digestion preventing and treating constipation and diarrhea. It increases the activities of the large intestines promoting the digestive system.
